A.L.F.A. award for Buderus
Bosch Thermotechnology’s Buderus brand wins A.L.F.A. Award for Marketing in Turkey. Buderus received the «Brand and Brand Teams with Best Customer Experience Management» in the Heating and Cooling sector based on a survey of 1200 people.
The third A.L.F.A. Awards ceremony, which has since 2015 been giving recognition to those brands which provide the best customer experience, held third gathering on Wednesday 17 May at the Kemer Country Club right after the Experience Design and Management Summit XCO.
On the basis of the A.L.F.A. Customer Experience Index research carried out with 200 people in twelve provinces, this year Buderus was recognised with the award for «Brand and Brand Teams with Best Customer Experience Management» in the Heating and Cooling sector. The research methodology and fieldwork was carried out by Xsights Araştırma ve Danışmanlık (Xsights Research and Consultancy) through its «Voice of Turkey Panel» with 64 thousand users.
Bosch Thermotechnology Marketing Director Ali Aktaş accepted the award, saying: «Customer focus has been one of the most important values for the Buderus brand throughout our 286 year history. We base our whole business model on this approach, analysing our customers’ expectations. In this way we take great care to maintain customer experience at the highest possible level by offering our customers the most appropriate solutions which meet their needs.
