Milestones in the history of heating – by Buderus
Back in 1731, Buderus began manufacturing cast iron goods. As early as the 19th century, Buderus stoves, known as "long burners", were in demand all over the world. Since then, Buderus has stood for reliable and convenient heat and with experience and the power of innovation, has set trends in heating technology time and again – that's why the brand today is as vital as it was more than 275 years ago.

1997 - – Buderus took on the solar sector with the acquisition of Solar Diamant Systemtechnik GmbH, founded in 1978, and can thus demonstrate over 30 years worth of solar experience.
